MacIntosh introduces the "Build It Your Way" new home design program.  No longer do you have to settle for a pre-set design with amenities the builder thinks you want.  All of our homes start with a "Base Plan" at a very affordable price.  Begin with the unique design of a model of your choice, then change and redesign it any way you want.  Add all the trim and fixings that fit your lifestyle.  Try it and you will be surprised how affordable it can be, and it's all yours - your own unique design.

What's in the "Base Plan"?  Much, much more than you would think!  Attractive front designs with varied roof lines, two-car, side entry garage, at least four formal rooms downstairs, three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full basement under entire first floor, Century Kitchens' cabinets, GE "stainless" appliances, high efficiency heat and air, 2 x 6 exterior walls, 1/2" sheathing with Tyvek, 3/4" plywood sub floor.  Simply put, a quality built, well-designed "Base Plan".
